11 : Thu May 10 (Suron) :: The Red Herring returns

I have since talked to the Captain of the Red Herring Skiff, and though
troubled waters may have battered at him at one time, he is once again back
in port and running his usual route. However, due to extra preparations to
deal with heavy seas, he now arrives early in the afternoon, while his
counterpart rarely departs the Isle Jafar before evening.
