12 : Sat May 12 (Silvak Kalcainus) :: Marath'damane

It has come to my attention that some Conscripts of the Imperial Army
have accepted the oaths of marath'damane. Let it be known that any
marath'damane should be leashed if a sul'dame is available, or barring
that knocked out so they will cause no trouble. They can not be trusted,
and associating with them oaths or not will be seen as treason to the
Crystal Throne.
