At first I kept my mouth closed about the 'treaty' with the Mael folks
because I didn't want to step on anyone's feet. Now they have posed a
personal problem in their breaking of this treaty.

First allow me to point out that it is not within the power of Conscripts
to make official treaties. So this is really completely non-binding
without the authority of someone in charge.


I appreciate the efforts and the intentions involved here, but I ask the
participants to remember their places. How outrageous would it be for
someone of higher rank to follow a treaty made by one of lower rank without
sanction? If there was sanction, you need to point this out also.

As for the actual treaty itself, it sounds not so bad. But I have a major
problem with the first term. Mael folks should not be allowed in Imperial
Territory what-so-ever. This is the Crystal Throne's land, not some place
where tresspassers can come and kill animals for sport. Just to clarify
Imperial Land, this would be anything on the Falme side of Yander.

As for my own actions, I will abide by the treaty minus term #1, as I like
what it says, unless otherwise ordered by High Lord Sorvak or any of my
other superiors. I will allow no Mael to tresspass on Imperial Territory.
