It is with regret that I write this.

The Mael Mahdi'in have betrayed us thrice. They have had their chance and
have abused our fairness. From now on the Mael Mahdi'in are sworn enemies
of the Seanchan.

The clan as a whole is to be hunted and destroyed, with a few exceptions.
The exceptions are for those that have not gone against the throne and have
tried to mend our relations.

The list of those exceptions for the moment are: Mairead Genkar Ever Thore

Those four are the only ones safe to travel among us. The rest are to be
slain immediatly for being traitors. The list may be added to, or shortened
at any time.
