From an earlier post, Montague. He channeled at our forces in Amadicia, and
should be killed on sight.

Also, Eladamri. He came at Falme channeling winds strong enough to blow
troops into the Aryth. I dealt with him yesterday, but he may come at us
again.

Finally, Marajade is a marath'damane, and has assisted the oathbreaker war
effort with her channeling gateways to far off lands. She should be
collared, or if you have no sul'dam with you, killed.
