I have heard of this Blazer. He has caused many deaths of Seanchan
Conscripts. Do you feel this is the person you want serving the Empire,
one who does not know his own mind even? Too many look after themselves in
signs of strife. Blazer's repentance (If indeed ther was any?) may earn hm
some respite, but he will face the Empire's justice when the Empire is
restored truly. Many will get the chance to swear the oaths, when the
Corenne comes. We are merely an advance force, a scouting party sent by
the Empress to find out what has been going on in the lands of the
Hawkwing, while we have been away. Fight those who resist the Empire,
and as for the rest, do as you see right.
