2 things, important things:

1) most basic, give ALL spears and Javelins to a Chosen to give to Master
Shaidar, all these moronic puke weapons will be destroyed. qps for all
long pine and BTs given to a Chosen for destruction.

2) This governs ALL pk whether or not i am around. If you KNOW there is a
blinding channie you WILL NOT FIGHT unless you KNOW you outnumber them. YOU
WILL NOT FIGHT. Could i possibly be more clear? You fight Blinders ONLY
if you have NUMBERS ADVANTAGE.

This goes in tandom with the (2) PK rule: If Mesa or someone who uses Mesa
tactics is Pking you WILL NOT FIGHT SOUTH OF BLIGHT unless you have a
Numbers advantage. This moronic crap of having 1 or 2 bait trollox hit, 20
pukes spam in blind and destroy the whole fist WILL CEASE. Dusty PK will
NO LONGER EXIST unless you are CHASING. You will NOT sit 2n waiting to be
hit. There are far more productive things to do on this side. Help
someone xp, help someone stat, do KoI, do Rene, do SK, do Shadow Master,
Get bigger, get more eq. This NEED to pk which leads to lots ripping and
little chance of victory will END.

PK in blands, PK near camp, PK south of Lock in Wastelands. No more PK in
winding or Dusty UNLESS YOU HAVE A NUMBERS ADVANTAGE. If you have any

I am sick and tired of this same exact thing happening day in day out for
months. No more will the Chosen allow it. IF you dont know their #s, you
dont fight. You dont walk around solo dusty. You dont sit 2n. You dont
fight blinders unless you have more than they do so you can get around the
opponents code. The Chosen are angry that it took this long, and angry
that it took an order, a set of rules, but enough is enough. The new world
has arrived, and it is dark and vicious and pukes will die.
