73 : Sat Feb 9 16:28:40 2002 (Skulk) :: something new about blind

Due to some changes in code, we can no longer use where while blinded. I'm
not really sure what not being able to see has to do with my nose but thats
the way it works now. Be careful guys, blind just got deadlier.
