at the time of writing (November 2005) the series contains 11 books:

Clearly the main people responsible for the books are the publishing company who published them in the first place, Tor Publishing. This section of the Tor site is therefore about as near as possible to the official homepage of the Wheel of Time books as there is.

The publisher responsible for the New Spring Comic Series. These do look gorgeous, the art is outstanding, however there appears to have been a bust-up between Red Eagle (the Wheel of Time franchise holders) and Dabel Brothers (the creatives responsible), and the later comic books are outside Red eagle control.

The publishers responsible for two part edition of Book 1 of the Wheel of Time - From the Two Rivers and To the Blight.

This is the reference book to accompany the series - 304 pages of reference about the Wheel of Time world's geography, sociology and history. I own a copy, and think it's a pretty useful reference book, with illustrations and maps also. Worth buying, if you want lots of wot information at your fingertips in a single book.
