WHEEL OF TIME FANSITES

These are some of the largest fan sites about the Wheel of Time by people all across the web. Rather than being some sort of 'community' orientated site, generally these are all one person's effort and tribute to the series, sites of various sizes.

abby Goldsmith cites creative writing as one of her two major passions, and she has developed a very large personal website which covers fantasy, science fiction, and horror writing of every variety. Naturally, one of the authors that she is most interested in is Robert Jordan, and her Wheel of Time section is certainly worth a visit.

Stonedog's Site

Whilst it was going, Stone Dog's fansite was on everybody's bookmark list, full of innovative insights and other goodies about the Wheel of Time. He appears to have lost interest in the Wheel of Time sometime in 2003, but click here to see the archived version of his original webpages. His site is still around, but not as wot-focussed as it used to be.

A fansite that has been preserved by the linuxmafia gang, Bill's Repository of Robert Jordan Fandom is an excellent resource to delve back into the history of Wheel of Time fandom back in the mid 1990s and includes some of the classic old usenet writings of the time.

A humourist from one of the original usenet groups, someone tried to explain Mark Loy in rasfwr-j once and it was something like this: "Mark Loy is not explainable, you must experiance him or you will never understand." ANTI Wheel of Time site on the net! Maroushka's site takes a look at the series that is wasting people's time and money all over the world!!.

The sole advicate of the Violet Ajah, Qirien's Wheel of Time site includes some interesting reading for fans of the series such as similarities of the old tongue to modern languages and her essay on parallel characters in the lord of the rings and the wheel of time.
