This large tree isn't particularly difficult to climb up, due to the
many thick branches which ascend most of the trunk. You are not able
to go higher however, as the branches look to be thinning out to a

This one's really curious, we see it pop up every so often but it's never explained... I'm always interested in what causes bugs/what unique circumstances cause this to happen

I idle all the time and have played a dung ton and have never lost gear like this

One time I have seen what happened to Kyra happen to someone else, staff actually confirmed that the person had died and their scalp had been handed in despite the fact that they had lost no exp or tps and were in the room they lost link in. It may be some weird save/pfile issue where it remembers the room you were in/your exp and tps from a different save point than your equipment.

For example one time we had a rollback I logged on in a room I had been in prior to the crash and level 51, but wearing stuff I had equipped in a couple of hours after the crash post-death.

Liena is right.

You were killed ld. You have meat and torch in inventory. Dunno how it works, or why you didn't lose level. I once stabbed Gizmo when she tried to ld with eq from pk on my dhavol. She may have lost level since it was when she was also dhavol, so exp loss was from fighting clan mate. Anyway, I killed her in the room she ld in and she came back in that room naked with meat. Of course I took the eq to split so she didn't have, and she was down a level.

Sucks that some greedy ass would kill you ld, but it happens. Always go rent.

I wouldn't be too sure that you've been killed ld, I'd rather lean towards bug.

It sucks either way.

Well, we don't know what Kyra has in inventory before she lost her equipment. When you die and enter circle on ds or ss, guardian gives you food and (if ss) a torch. On ls you get fruit and a torch, but from barrel.

So at some point she entered circle, got meat and torch, was fully regenned, and came back in same room. Like I said I did it to Gizmo once. So I know she died and came back in same room.

Is there a type of death other than dt that has no exp loss? Otherwise that is a bug, but you definitely died. Maybe it has to do with being attack before you are idle enough to rent, within a certain window. It saves you as in that room, but you die and go to circle. When you come back you are dead but it thinks you are unrented and puts you in the room it considered you rented in?
