Just a couple of reminders about inactivity and retired characters.

Inactivity
From time to time Watchers will clean the ranks of clans so we may have an accurate view of how active a clan actually is. While each Watcher may have their own interpretation, as a general rule one month of not logging in will move you to rank 0. Three months of inactivity and you may be temporarily removed from the clan until you return. If you are curious as to what your clan Watcher goes by, please start a thread in your clan forum.

However we consider the character to be retired and make the appropriate notes on the character so they can resume their rank when they return. Usually you will just need to see your clan council or clan Watcher to be reinstated.

Retiring characters
There comes a time when you leave a character behind. You decide you will no longer play the character. You want a new character. And many of these times, your character is clanned. If you decide to move on from a character, please let your clan watcher know so they can note and retire you. Again, you can resume at your previous rank if you return.

Please keep in mind we frown at inactive members simply keeping a spot warm for the sake of reading a clan forum. If you are doing that for gain on another character, we will have much bigger problems than inactivity or retirement.
