The Trolloc Tribes

Trollocs have four clans, the Ghar'ghael, Ko'bal, Dha'vol and Dhai'mon. They are pk clans, and the minimum requirement to enter is level 15 and the scalps of four humans, one of which must be on trophy. Trolloc roleplay basically consists of bringing your master either scalps or toys, for which the reward is qps. 1500 qps are the requirement for the aspiration of every good trolloc, to become a fade, the ultimate killing machine.

Trollocs are evil creatures, which are a result of mixing human and animal stock, displaying traits of each. They were created by and serve the Dark One, killing for pleasure and without thought. They will eat almost anything or anyone, existing solely for the pleasure of the kill. Basically, they are the Dark One’s soldiers. So, as a Trolloc you kill humans. Then kill some more. Then kill again, and again, and again, and again, until the world is dominated by the Dark One’s forces. Basically, Trollocs exist for pk. They are for experienced players: if you want ‘find the lollipop’ type missions, go play human. Trollocs don’t kill their own tribe-members, even if they’re mobs, and only attack fades reluctantly. Shaitan would be most displeased to find its soldiers (Trollocs) turning against his generals (Fades). Trollocs yell their battle-cry with pride, and have descriptions that fit their tribes. Trollocs also behave in a manner befitting their tribe. For example, the Ko’bal are made from wolf stock. They howl, growl, bite and bark. Tribal Masters will instruct you in the ways of your tribe. Listen to them – they’re experienced players that know what they’re doing. Obey, if you wish to be promoted. All promotion within tribes is ultimately governed by the Dark One. Other Trolloc clans include Ahf'frait, Al'ghol, Bhan'sheen, Dhjin'nen, Ghob'hlin, Gho'hlem, Ghraem'lan and the Kno'mon.

Ko'bal
The Ko'bal were the first trolloc clan on WoTmud IV, the Wheel of Time mud, and therefore enjoy a certain pre-eminence among the trolloc clans. Ko'bal Trollocs are from wolven stock, and are fairly simple and unsophisticated creatures that exist almost exclusively for the joy of the kill. Scalps are what they live for, and having had such Trollocs as Goliath and Stinkmog among their number, they have a well-earned reputation as the leanest and meanest of the Dark One's soldiers. Goliath and Stinkmog have in fact since gone one to become fades. The clanleader of the Ko'bal is the Sadistic Trolloc.

Dha'vol
Among trollocs, the Dha'vol are a source of considerable controversy. Because they tend to be hoarders of good equipment, other clans spit at them, talk them down, hunt them down or engage them in mortal combat, yet when they need new equipment, they turn instantly to one of the Dha'vol, such as Rohgahh. The Dha'vol get their 'toys' from anywhere they can, but because they have been known to steal from others, a Dha'vol trolloc usually has a high steal skill. Akkad is the clanleader of the Dha'vol.

Dhai'mon
Ideally skilled for countryside ravages, their skills in sneaking through Andor to strike at the heart of the enemy has often taken those that walk in the light entirely unaware. Ove and Neverborn were both former trollocs of the Dhai'mon clan, legends in their lifetime. The clanleader of the Dhai'mon is Maeltor.

Ghar'ghael
The Ghar'ghael have been in their slumber for a long time. Not much is known of them except that the Dark One has decided to awake these fierce predators for his most crucial of battles, Tarmon Gaidon. Lead by their master, Snorakk, they have made their presence clear among the ranks of the Light. Many heroes of the Light have already fallen at the weapons of the mighty Ghar'ghael. They consider themselves the elite of the Dark Ones forces, taking pride in their skill and intelligence. Entrance in this clan is gained by proving your skills in the art of slaughter and by distinguishing yourself in the eyes of the clan members. Rumor has it that one has to conquer one of the Ghar'ghael to be considered worthy.
